Hawaiian Wedding Cake
1) 2 cups flour
2) 2 cups sugar
3) 2 tsp baking soda
4) 2 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple
¾ cup walnut pieces
1 ½ cups flaked coconut
Mix first 4 ingredients, add pineapple (including juice) coconut and nuts. Pour into 9x13 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes. Cake should be golden to dark brown.
Frosting
1 stick margarine
1 large package cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups confectioners sugar
Cream margarine and cream cheese together until creamy-no bumps- add vanilla. Gradually add sugar slowly. Frost cake when completely cooled
*Melt butter and cream cheese in microwave for 55 seconds before mixing with other ingredients.
Cake must be Refrigerated

Hi! I found your blog off MOMYS. Haven't tried your cake yet, but it sounds delicious! I noticed that you said your husband was in law enforcement. My husband is just entering the reserve academy and is looking at becoming a police officer. How is it being a wife in this situation? How old are your children?
